What type of packages do you offer?

We offer multiple packages depending on the type of event. We have 2 standard wedding packages, 1 portrait/headshot package, 1 boudoir package, 1 baby package and 1 real-estate package. If our package is not what you are looking for. Please contact us directly and we can always create a custom package to suit your needs. We try to keep it simple. There are so many different options that we couldn’t possibly list everything. We also offer mini sessions.

What’s your availability?

We use a scheduling application to avoid over bookings. (Ie: a 8 Hour wedding would take 1 day, therefore there would not be any available times on that day for any other events)

Why are your prices lower than most other Photography companies?

Our pricing differs greatly from other vendors for many reasons. First, our pricing is mostly for the photographer’s time and the time for post-production work. Unlike other vendors, our post production is faster. We have many presets already built into our software for re-touching and enhancing of the proofs prior to client delivery. This saves a lot of time and a lot of money. So we pass the savings on to you.

How will I get my proofs and pictures?

After the event our post-production work begins. When the post production work is complete. You will receive an email from us with instructions on how to log into our client page.There you will find your event and have the required login credentials to access the proofs. The event is secure and only people with the user name and password will be able to view the event. In the album, you can view, download, share and order prints. Prints are ordered directly thru the site and delivered to you via drop shipment. You can order prints, gifts and décor with our professional lab. If your package includes free images, those images will be delivered via USB thumb drive in our signature gift box after your photo selection(s) are made. 

How long will my images be available online?

Since we have limited storage space on our servers, all events are only available for 60 days from completion date of our post-production work, not the event date. We archive all images from all our events on our own internal NAS forever and can access them at your request for a minimal fee. Please contact us for this feature if your event has elapsed and are no longer available online through our client page.

Will I get ALL the images from the event?

No. As you can imagine shooting an 8-hour wedding event creates hundreds of photos. We could not possibly re-touch and enhance every single image. Therefore, during post production we weed out the bad photos and select the best images we feel you will be happy with and those are the photos that are re-touched and enhanced.

What is your deposit/refund policies? *

Our packages require a small deposit depending on the type of event. The deposit is paid at the time of booking the event. The deposit goes toward the total cost for the event and if you need to cancel, you must cancel in writing 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. Cancelling the event within 72 hours of the event results in a loss of the deposit. Weddings must be cancelled 14 days prior to the event. We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the images, we will work directly with you to either correct them. Depending on the type of event, we might be able to re-shoot the event to ensure your satisfaction. 


Who owns the rights to the photos taken?

Perspective Photography, owns all the rights to all the photos we shoot. You can purchase copies for your own individual and or personal use, but may not sell them or market them as your own work at any time without our prior written permission. We take our business seriously and will enforce our copyrights under federal/state and local laws accordingly. Some packages will allow a photo release. Contact us for questions or concerns.
